Die Castrol Hyspin ZZ-Produkte sind Hochleistungshydraulikflüssigkeiten auf Mineralölbasis mit zinkfreien Verschleißschutzadditiven.
Castrol Hyspin ZZ-Produkte kombinieren hervorragende Schmierungseigenschaften mit ausgezeichneter Filtrierbarkeit.

Anwendung

Die Produkte der Castrol Hyspin ZZ-Reihe werden in hoch beanspruchten Hydrauliksystemen eingesetzt, in denen neben hoher thermischer Beständigkeit auch herausragende Verschleißschutzeigenschaften – verbunden mit guter Filtrierbarkeit – gefordert werden.
Zum Beispiel für moderne elektrohydraulische Regelventile mit Feinstfiltern.
Die Castrol Hyspin ZZ-Produktreihe ist mit Elastomermaterialien (z.B. NBR, FPM), wie sie für statische und dynamische Dichtungen verwendet werden, verträglich.
Die Produkte der Castrol Hyspin ZZ-Produktreihe erfüllen die Anforderungen an Hydrauliköle HLP nach DIN 51524 Teil 2
und entsprechen der Klassifizierung Hydrauliköle HM nach ISO 6743/4.
