Anwendungsempfehlung:


Aral Motanol HE 46 ist als Verdichteröl der Schmierölgruppe VDL nach DIN 51506 zuzuordnen und ist auf paraffinbasischen Grundölen mit engen Siedebereichen, geringen Verdampfungsverlusten und hoher Alterungsstablilität aufgebaut. Außerdem enthält es Zusätze zur Erhöhung der Alterungsbeständigkeit und des Korrosionsschutzes.
Aral Motanol HE 46 zeichnet sich durch eine äußerst geringe Verkokungsneigung, hohe thermische und oxidative Beständigkeit, eine geringe Verdampfungsneigung und sparsamen Ölverbrauch aus. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Verdichteröl über ein gutes Wasserabscheidevermögen und weist eine geringe Schaumneigung auf.
Natürlich hat sich die Aral AG auch den hohen Anforderungen der Qualitätsnorm DIN EN ISO 9001 mit Erfolg unterworfen. Diese Zertifizierung gibt Ihnen zusätzliche Sicherheit bei Produktqualität und Service von Aral.

Einsatzgebiet:


Aral Motanol HE 46 ist für den Einsatz in fahrbaren Luftverdichtern mit Verdichtungsendtemperaturen bis
+220°C und in stationären Luftverdichtern mit Druckluftbehältern oder Rohrleitungen mit  Verdichtungsendtemperaturen bis +220°C vorgesehen.
Verdichteröle der Aral-Motanol HE-Reihe sollten dort verwendet werden, wo Luftverdichteröle VDL gemäß
DIN 51506 empfohlen oder vorgeschrieben werden. Sie haben sich besonders in frischölgeschmierten mehrstufigen Hub- und Drehkolbenverdichtern bei sehr hohem Druck- und Temperaturniveau bewährt. Außerdem sind sie für frischölgeschmierte Vielzellenverdichter (Flügenzellen- bzw. Rotationsverdichter), ölüberflutete Vielzellenverdichter (Öleinspritzkühlung) und Schraubenverdichter hervorragend geeignet.
