Fuchs Ecocut HFN 16 LE Ist ein Metallbearbeitungsöl.


Beschreibung:

FUCHS ECOCUT HFN 16 LE ist ein verdampfungsarmes und ölnebelarmes Metallbearbeitungsöl auf Basis hochwertiger Grundöle in Kombination mit ausgesuchten Additiven.
ECOCUT HFN 16 LE enthält Wirkstoffe zur Verbesserung des Korrosionsschutzes und Alterungsverhaltens.
EP- und AW-Wirkstoffe erhöhen die mechanische Belastbarkeit und verbessern das Druckaufnahmevermögen.
Die polaren Wirkstoffe führen zu einer Reduzierung der Reibung und damit zu niedrigen Schleiftemperaturen. Detergier- und Dispergierwirkstoffe halten die Schleifscheibe sauber und sorgen gleichzeitig für verbesserte Spül-, Netz- und Wärmeabfuhrwirkung.
ECOCUT HFN 16 LE erfüllt die Anforderungen der BGI 719 und reduziert dadurch die Brandgefahr.

Anwendung:

ECOCUT HFN 16 LE wird für die Bearbeitung und zum Schleifen von Stahl, Guss und Buntmetallen empfohlen. Spezielle Anwendungen sind Kurbel- und Nockenwellenschleifen mit CBN bei hohen Schnittgeschwindigkeiten.

Weitere Anwendungsgebiete:

Spanabhebende Bearbeitung mit definierter Schneide. (Drehen, Bohren, Fräsen, Reiben etc.)

Spezielle Anwendungsgebiete:

ECOCUT HFN 16 LE ist sehr gut geeignet für die Bearbeitung von Magnesium und Magnesiumlegierungen. Die Eignung wird im MADICA Forschungsprojekt bestätigt.
