Beschreibung


AMBLYGON TA 30/1 und TA 30/2 ist ein Langzeit- und Hochtemperatur Schmierfett auf der Basis von Mineralöl und Polyharnstoff. Dieses Schmierfett wird für Dauer- und Langzeitschmierung im gesamten Maschinenbau verwendet. Es besitzt einen weiten Temperaturbereich. Das Fett haftet gut und ist beständig gegen Wasser, Heißwasser sowie verdünnte Laugen und Säuren. AMBLYGON TA 30/1 und TA 30/2 ist oxidationsstabil, alterungsbeständig und schützt zuverlässig gegen Korrosion.

 

Anwendungsgebiete


AMBLYGON TA 30/1 und TA 30/2 wird für hochbelastete Lager- und Gelenkanwendungen bei hohen Temperaturen verwendet.

AMBLYGON TA 30/1 und TA 30/2 wird angewendet in:

– Rollen im Gießbogen von Brammen Stranggießanlagen
– Ofenanlagen (Drehrohröfen)
– Wasserpumpen
– Heizwalzen

AMBLYGON TA 30/1 und TA 30/2 wird auch in Kombination mit mineralölbeständigen Elastomerdichtungen angewendet.

Anwendungshinweise


Wir empfehlen dem Anwender vor der Serienanwendung, die Verträglichkeit mit Elastomeren unter anwendungswirksamen Einflüssen, nochmals selbst, möglichst im kompletten Bauteil unter seriennahen Bedingungen, zu prüfen.
