FUCHS ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 ist ein bernsteinfarbenes hochkonzentriertes VCI-Korrosionsschutzöl. In einem geschlossenen System erzeugt es über eine sehr lange Zeitspanne schützende VCI-Dämpfe. ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 schützt Eisen, Stahl, und Buntmetalle durch die Dampfphase, ohne dass ein direkter Kontakt mit der Metalloberfläche notwendig ist. Pro m³ des zu schützenden Raumes werden ca. 0,3l ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 benötigt.

ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 entwickelt eine schwach alkalische Korrosionsschutzatmosphäre, welche einen monomolekularen Schutzfilm auf der Metalloberfläche hinterlässt. Dieser Film verflüchtigt sich nach Öffnung des Packstücks und die Teile können ohne Reinigung ihrer Bestimmung zugeführt werden.

Anwendung:

ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 ist ein VCI-Korrosionsschutzöl (Konzentrat), das mit Benzin, Öl und Dieselkraftstoff mischbar ist. Es ist das ideale Korrosionsschutzmittel für Treibstofftanks, Getriebe, Vorrattanks und andere Hohlkörper. Es verbrennt rückstandsfrei, weshalb es nicht notwendig ist bei (Wieder-)Inbetriebnahme der Tanks/Getriebe das Korrosionsschutzmittel abzulassen. Die zu schützenden Teile müssen nicht mit ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 beschichtet werden, da die Wirkstoffe in die Umgebungsluft abgegeben werden und von dort auf die Metalloberfläche gelangen. Schutzdauer Mit ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 konservierte Teile können bei gleichzeitig verwendeter dichter Au ßenverpackung bis zu mehrere Jahre nachhaltig gegen Korrosion geschützt werden.

Lagerbedingungen:

ANTICORIT VCI UNI O 40 ist im verschlossenen Originalgebinde bei Temperaturen von + 5 °C bis + 40 °C bis zu 12 Monate lagerfähig.

Die Abgabe einer Haltbarkeitsgarantie ist mit der Angabe der Mindestlagerdauer nicht verbunden.
