Beschreibung:

Klübersynth LR 44-21 ist ein beiges, homogenes und dynamisch leichtes Schmierfett. Eine Lithium-Spezialseife sowie aufeinander abgestimmte synthetische Kohlenwasserstoff- und Mineralölkomponenten bilden die Hauptinhaltsstoffe. Seine langjährige Anwendung hat gezeigt, dass Klübersynth LR 44-21 alterungsstabil, besonders haftfähig und weitgehend neutral gegenüber Kunststoffen und Karosserielacken ist. Klübersynth LR 44-21 ist gut förder- und dosierbar, bietet einen hohen Korrosionsschutz und eine gute Wasserbeständigkeit.

Anwendungsgebiete:

Klübersynth LR 44-21 wird wegen seiner ausgezeichneten Tieftemperaturmerkmale in der Fahrzeugtechnik für Gleitführungen in Verstelleinrichtung, z. B. in Schließ-, Sitz- und Fensterhebersystemen sowie in Kleingetrieben, Wälz- und Gleitlagern angewendet. Klübersynth LR 44-21 wird bei Materialpaarungen Stahl oder Aluminium gegen POM und PA appliziert. Die Bauteile werden über ihre Lebensdauer gut vor Verschleiß geschützt. Die hohe Haftfähigkeit von Klübersynth LR 44-21 ist für vertikale Verstellmechanismen und für die Geräuschreduzierung wichtig.

Anwendungshinweise:

Klübersynth LR 44-21 ist manuell mit dem Pinsel oder über Zentralschmieranlagen und Fettsprühsysteme applizierbar und enthält einen UV-Indikator.
