Beschreibung

Klübertemp HM 83-271 ist ein HochtemperaturLangzeitschmierfett auf Basis eines perfluorierten Polyetheröls (PFPE) mit walkstabilem PTFE Verdicker. Die spezielle Additivierung bietet einen wirksamen Verschleiß- und Korrosionsschutz bei gleichzeitig langen Nachschmierintervallen. Die sehr gute Medienstabilität ermöglicht zudem die Verwendung in Bauteilen für Gastransport und -regulierung.

Anwendungsgebiete

Klübertemp HM 83-271 wurde für thermisch hoch beanspruchte Wälzlager konzipiert wie z.B. in beheizten Kalandern, Ofenlagern, Förderketten u.ä. Die dynamisch leichten Merkmale des Schmierfettes unterstützen zusätzlich

– unbeheizte Maschinenanläufe
– die Förderbarkeit in manuellen und automatischen Schmierstoffgebersystemen.

Die gute Walkstabilität minimiert zudem die Gefahr eines Auslaufens von Gebrauchtschmierstoff aus ungedichteten Lagern. Bitte beachten Sie jedoch, dass aufgrund unterschiedlicher Anlagenkonfigurationen und Anwendungsbedingungen eine Klärung der Förderbarkeit im konkreten Fall mit dem Anlagenhersteller notwendig ist. Gerne sind wir bereit, Sie hierbei zu unterstützen. Klübertemp HM 83-271 ist in Verbindung mit DIN EN 377 als Spezialfett für Gasarmaturen für den Betriebstemperaturbereich von 0 °C bis 160 °C, Klasse E geprüft und zugelassen. Verhalten gegenüber Elastomeren und Kunststoffen Schmierfette auf Basis fluorierter Polyetheröle und PTFE sind gegenüber Elastomeren und Kunststoffen allgemein als weit gehend neutral einzustufen. Trotzdem ist insbesonders vor
Serienanwendungen die Verträglichkeit des Schmierstoffes mit den in Kontakt kommenden Werkstoffen zu überprüfen.

Anwendungshinweise

Für bestmögliche Schmierung empfehlen wir vor der erstmaligen Verwendung die Reibstelle mit Testbenzin und anschließend mit Klüberalfa XZ 3-1 zu reinigen. Die Reibstelle muss in jedem Fall bei Erstschmierung metallisch blank (d.h. frei von Ölen, Fetten und Handschweiß) und frei von Schmutzpartikeln sein.
