Fuchs Ecocut 732 LE is a low-misting, neat metalworking oil.

Description:

FUCHS ECOCUT 732 LE is a low-misting, neat metalworking oil containing a special combination of chlorine-free high-performance EP additives and polar lubricity improvers. Shear-stable anti-misting agents in lowaromatic and low-misting base oils largely suppress the formation of oil mist and oil vapours during machinig. These features effectively improve workshop safety and cleanliness.

Application:

  • ECOCUT 732 LE is a high-performance, chlorine-free oil for all operations on difficult and extremely difficultto-machine materials. Also recommended for other machining operations such as broaching and deep hole drilling when a highly active cutting oil is required.
  • ECOCUT 732 LE improves economy by prolonging tool life as well as offering oil stock rationalization opportunities.
  • ECOCUT 732 LE is not suitable for use with yellow metals.

Benefits:

• low misting cutting oil
• low evaporation
• long tool life
• excellent surface quality
• free of chlorine and zinc
• low aromatic content
• tried and tested formulations

Fuchs Referenzfluessigkeit IRM 903

Fuchs Referenzfluessigkeit IRM 903 is a reference oil, IRM REFERENCE OILS per ASTM D 471-06 Description   - The ASTM standard test method D 471-06 deals with the effect of liquids on elastomers (“Rubber Property – Effect of Liquids”). Besides describing the procedures for various elastomer tests, it lists standard test liquids with which reference measurements can be performed. The ASTM D 471-06 method divides the standard test liquids into three groups: ·          IRM reference oils ·          ASTM reference fuels ·          ASTM service liquids IRM Reference oils   - The reference oils listed under IRM — IRM 901, IRM 902 and IRM 903 — are mineral oils with different paraffin and aromatic concentrations. Basically, the effect on elastomers increases as the content of aromatics increases (swelling behaviour). ...
