Fuchs Plantohyd 40 N Ist ein umweltverträgliches Hydraulik- und Schmieröl

Umweltschonende Hydraulik- und Schmieröle auf nativer Basis, Typ HETG nach ISO 15380, für mobile und stationäre Hydraulikanlagen, ausgezeichnet mit dem “Europäischen Umweltzeichen (EEL)”


Beschreibung  -

Die  FUCHS PLANTOHYD N-Produkte sind Hydrauliköle auf Basis nachwachsender, natürlicher Esteröle mit Wirkstoffen zur Erhöhung der Oxidations- und Alterungsbeständigkeit. Sie weisen eine sehr gute biologische Abbaubarkeit auf und sind eine umweltschonende Alternative zu mineralölbasischen Hydraulikölen (bei niedriger und mittlerer Belastung). Aufgrund der hohen Polarität zeigen die PLANTOHYD N-Öle exzellente Schmiereigenschaften. Die Produkte erfüllen und übertreffen die Mindestanforderungen nach ISO 15380, Typ HETG. PLANTOHYD 40 N ist mit dem „Europäischen Umweltzeichen (EEL)” ausgezeichnet.



Anwendung  - 

PLANTOHYD 32 N bzw. PLANTOHYD 40 N werden in mobilen und stationären Hydraulikanlagen
eingesetzt, die mit einem Hydrauliköl ISO VG 32 bzw. ISO VG 46 zu befüllen sind. Bei der Umölung von Hydraulikaggregaten auf PLANTOHYD N sind die Umstellungsrichtlinien gemäß ISO 15380 zu
beachten. Reparaturlacke und Lacke, die nicht auf Basis von Zwei-Komponenten-Systemen aufgebautsind, können sowohl gegenüber Mineralöl als auch gegenüber natürlichen Estern nicht beständig sein.

Die PLANTOHYD N-Produkte zeigen ihre beste Leistungsfähigkeit bei Tanktemperaturen zwischen 50 und 60 °C.

Empfohlener Temperatureinsatzbereich: – 27 °C bis + 70 °C.
