Fuchs Anticorit MBR Ist ein wassermischbares Korrosionsschutzmittel. Fuchs Anticorit MBR ist ein Brünierungskonzentrat.


Beschreibung  -


FUCHS ANTICORIT MBR ist ein mineralölhaltiges, emulgierbaresBrünierungsöl mit einer speziellen Mischung von oberflächenaktiven Additiven und Korrosionsinhibitoren. Es ist leicht in Wasser emulgierbar und benö- tigt keine besondere Misch-Einrichtung, um stabile Emulsionen zu bilden.

Anwendung  -


Zum Ansetzen einer Emulsion von ANTICORIT MBR wird eine Temperatur von 35 bis 60 °C empfohlen. Ansatz:Wasser vorlegen, auf Ansatztemperatur erwärmen, Konzentrat zusetzen und einmischen. ANTICORIT MBR wird im Mischungsverhältnis 5 bis 10 %ig verwendet. ANTICORIT MBR wird hauptsächlich für die Konservierungund gleichzeitige Oberflächenfärbung von Kleinteilen, insbesondere Schrauben und Muttern, durch Tauchen in die Brünierungsemulsion nach Erreichen der Anlasstemperatur (optimale Schwarzfärbung bei Anlasstemperatur > 400 °C) angewendet.

Die Teile erhalten eine blau-schwarze, matte fettende Einbrennschicht an der Oberfläche. Die optimale Einsatztemperatur des Bades sollte bei ca. 70 °C liegen. Die Trocknungszeit liegt bei etwa 2 Minuten.

Lagerbedingungen  -


ANTICORIT MBR ist im verschlossenen Originalgebinde bei Temperaturen von – 20 bis + 40 °C bis zu 12 Monaten lagerfähig.


Die Abgabe einer Haltbarkeitsgarantie ist mit der Angabe der Mindestlagerdauer nicht verbunden.
