Beschreibung  -


FUCHS ECOCUT 615 LE ist ein ölnebelarmer, nichtwassermischbarer Kühlschmierstoff, versehen mit einer hohen chlorfreien EP-Kombination und polaren Schmierfähigkeitsverbesserern.


Durch Verwendung eines speziellen verdampfungsarmen Grundöles und einer ausgewählten Wirkstoffkombinationsenkt ECOCUT 615 LE, verglichen mit konventionellen Schneidölen, den bei der Zerspanung entstehenden Ölnebel und Verdampfungsverlust in hohem Maße.



Anwendung  - 

ECOCUT 615 LE ist ein chlorfreies Hochleistungsräumöl für die Zerspanung von schwer- und schwerstzerspanbaren Werkstoffen.

Es wird vorwiegend zum Tiefbohren, Räumen und Fräsen empfohlen sowie für andere Zerspanungsarten,
wie z.B. Gewindeschneiden, Zahnradhartschaben und Zahnradhartfeinen, wenn ein niedrigviskoses,
hochaktives Schneidöl notwendig ist.

ECOCUT 615 LE zeichnet sich durch hohe Wirtschaftlichkeit, bedingt durch erhöhte Werkzeugstandzeiten, aus.

ECOCUT 615 LE ist für die Bearbeitung von Buntmetallen nur bedingt geeignet.
