Agip Aquamet SBF ist ein wasserlöslicher EP-Kühlschmierstoff

Eni aquamet SBF ist ein klarer, wasserlöslicher, schaumarmer, mineralöl-, schwermetall- und borsäurefreier EP- Kühlschmierstoff. Hohe Schleifqualität durch vollsynthetische anionische und nichtionische Schmierkomponenten und hochwirksame Korrosionsinhibitoren.

Einsatzmöglichkeiten  -




eni aquamet SBF ist eine Kühlschmierstofflösung speziell für das Schleifen von Guss/Gusseisen, Einsatz- und Vergütungsstählen, Automatenstählen und Buntmetallen. Der pH-Wert sollte 8,6 nicht unterschreiten und nicht größer als 9,4 sein. Bei Abweichungen sind empfohlene Maßnahmen einzuleiten.


Empfohlene Einsatzkonzentrationen: 3% – 5% je nach Material
Faktoren: Refraktometer – 1,4
