Description  -


TOTAL MARSON SY 00 is a synthetic gear case grease. The product has high thermal stability due to the synthetic base (PoliAlchilenGlycol) and a high lubricating power.Semi-fluid synthetic grease formulated from PAG oil suitable for heavy loads. It can be used with worm gears, enclosed gears or recessed mechanisms.Heavy duty synthetic PAG grease.For threaded gearboxes, housing bogies or mounted equipment.Synthetic grease for life-long lubrication (difficult conditions, hardly feasible gearboxes, recessed elements), for lubrication of recessed mechanisms subjected to heavy loads and for lubrication of worm gears and in crankcase.High thermal stability. High lubricating power. Very soft grease with good Extreme Pressure properties. It allows to reduce the friction coefficient. Excellent anti-oxidation and anti-rust performance.


Applications  -

·         Long-life gearbox lubricant where maintenance access is difficult or where production – service requires “built-in” lubrication for the life of the unit.
·         Lubrication of enclosed mechanisms subjected to very high loads.
·         Lubrication of reduction and worm gears.
·         For lubrication of heavily loaded bearings.
