Beschreibung  -

Klübertemp GR UT 18 ist ein weißes, geruchsneutrales Hochtemperatur-Vielzweckfett, basierend auf einem perfluorierten Polyetheröl (PFPE) und mit Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) verdickt. Die Viskositätslage des Grundöles wurde dabei bewusst in den mittleren Bereich gelegt, um eine Vielzahl von Anwendungen über einen weiten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich in Spitzen bis 250 °C zuverlässig abdecken zu können. Klübertemp GR UT 18 verhält sich neutral gegenüber den meisten Kunststoffen und Elastomeren und erlaubt dadurch die Verwendung mit einer Vielzahl von Bauteilmaterialien.


Anwendungsgebiete  -

Klübertemp GR UT 18 findet in zahlreichen Branchen und in verschiedensten Bauelementen Anwendung. Seine mittlere Grundölviskosität erlaubt zudem die Verwendung sowohl bei tiefen als auch bei hohen Temperaturen. Verhalten gegenüber Elastomeren und Kunststoffen Schmierfette auf Basis von perfluorierten Polyetherölen und PTFE sind gegenüber Elastomeren und Kunststoffen allgemein als weitgehend neutral einzustufen (Ausnahme: Perfluorkautschuk). Trotzdem ist insbesondere vor Serienanwendungen die Verträglichkeit des Schmierstoffes mit den in Kontakt kommenden Werkstoffen zu überprüfen.




Anwendungshinweise  -


Für den bestmöglichen Schmiererfolg empfehlen wir vor der erstmaligen Verwendung die Reibstelle mit Testbenzin 180/210 und anschließend mit Klüberalfa XZ 3-1 zu reinigen. Danach ist die Reibstelle mit sauberer, trockener Druckluft oder einer Wärmedusche zu behandeln, um das Lösungsmittel rückstandsfrei zu entfernen. Die Reibstelle muss in jedem Fal  bei Erstschmierung metallisch blank (d.h. frei von Ölen, Fetten und Handschweiß) und frei von Schmutzpartikeln sein. Klübertemp GR UT 18 wird direkt oder mit Spatel, Pinsel oder Schmierstoffgeber verarbeitet. Zur Optimierung der Standzeiten wenden Sie sich an unseren technischen Vertrieb.
