Klüber Klüberalfa YM 3-30 Ist ein Schmieröl für Kunststoffreibstellen. Klüber Klüberalfa YM 3-30 ist ein Schmieröl für Elektrokontakte und Montageschmieröl.

Beschreibung  -

Klüberalfa Schmierstoffe auf Basis perfluorierter Polyether (PFPE) sind für spezielle Anforderungen in der Lebensdauerschmierung konzipiert und zeichnen sich durch ein hierauf optimal abgestimmtes Merkmalprofil aus.
Klüberalfa YM 3-30 wurde zur einfachen Dünnfilmbeölung von elektrischen Kontakten und Steckverbindern sowie Elastomeren und Kunststoffen konzipiert. Der Schmierstoff besitzt eine ausgezeichnete Alterungsstabilität über einen weiten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich.
Klüberalfa YM 3-30 ist nicht brennbar und gegenüber den meisten aggressiven Chemikalien beständig.



Anwendungsgebiete  -

Klüberalfa YM 3-30 ist anwendbar zur Schmierung von Gleitund Steckkontakten sowie Kunststoffteilen verschiedener Bauformen.

– gleichmäßig dünne und flächige Schmierfilme
– eine einfache und saubere Applikation
– einen sparsamen Produktverbrauch ohne zusätzliche fest installierte Applikationshilfen.
Allgemeines Verhalten gegenüber Kunststoffen und Elastomeren
Perfluorierte Polyetheröle sind gegenüber Elastomeren und Kunststoffen allgemein als weitgehend neutral einzustufen
(mögliche Ausnahme: hoch fluorierte Fluor-kautschuke). Diese weitgehend neutralen Produktmerkmale qualifizieren Klüberalfa YM 3-30 Spray zusätzlich als Montagehilfsmittel bei Kunststoff-Kunststoff-Kontakt.
Trotzdem ist insbesonders vor Serienanwendungen die Verträglichkeit des Schmierstoffes mit den in Kontakt kommenden Werkstoffen zu bestätigen.


Anwendungshinweise  -

Für bestmögliche Schmiererfolge empfehlen wir vor der Erstschmierung mit Klüberalfa YM 3-30 Spray die Reibstelle mit Testbenzin 180/210 und anschließend mit Klüberalfa XZ 3-1 zu reinigen. Danach ist die Reibstelle mit sauberer, trockener Druckluft oder einer Wärmedusche zu behandeln, um das Testbenzin rückstandsfrei zu entfernen.
Die Reibstelle muss in jedem Fall bei Erstschmierung blank (d.h. frei von Ölen, Fetten und Handschweiß) und frei von Schmutzpartikeln sein. Bei Verwendung des Sprays: Nicht gegen offene Flammen, glühende oder heiße Gegenstände sprühen, da Treibgas brennbar. Zusätzliche Anwendungshinweise im Sicherheitsdatenblatt und Dosenetikett beachten. Spraydose bitte vor Sonnenbestrahlung und Temperaturen über 50°C schützen.
