Fuchs Reniso PAG 100 ist ein Vollsynthetische Kältemaschinenöle auf Basis spezieller Polyglykole (PAG) für R134a A/C-Systeme


Beschreibung  -


Mit dem Verbot der chorhaltigen Kältemittel wie z.B. R12 wurden die fluorierten Kältemittel als Ersatzprodukte eingeführt. Diese fluorhaltigen Kältemittel besitzen im Gegensatz zu den chlorhaltigen Kältemitteln kein Ozonzerstörungspotential. R134a findet
weltweit als Ersatzkältemittel für R12 Verwendung.
Konventionelle Kältemaschinenöle auf Basis von Mineralöl, Alkylbenzol oder Polyalphaolefin sind nicht mit R134a mischbar. Neue polare Kältemaschinenöle auf Basis von Polyalkylenglykolen wurden für den Einsatz mit R134a in A/C-Systemen entwickelt.


Anwendung  - 

In den meisten mobilen A/C-Anlagen kommen Axialkolben- bzw. Scrollverdichter zum Einsatz. Diese Verdichter benötigen synthetische polyglykolbasische Kältemaschinenöle – RENISO PAG 46 oder RENISO PAG 100.

FUCHS RENISO PAG 46 und RENISO PAG 100 sind auch geeignet für die Verwendung als Verdichterschmierstoff in Ammoniak- und Kohlenwasserstoff-Kälteanlagen. PAG-basierende Öle sind sogenannte teilmischbare Ammoniak- und Kältemaschinenöle nach DIN 51503-1 KAB. RENISO PAG 46 und RENISO PAG 100 sind auf Basis spezieller Polyglykole aufgebaut. Sie sind aufgrund ihrer polaren Struktur hygroskopisch (wasseranziehend). Dies ist beim Umgang besonders zu beachten (Behälter verschlossen halten; mit Stickstoff überlagern; in trockenen, überdachten Räumen aufbewahren).

• Sehr gutes Viskositäts-TemperaturVerhalten (hoher VI)
• Sehr gute Kältefließfähigkeit
• Stabiler Schmierfilm auch bei hohen Temperaturen
• Gute Werkstoffverträglichkeit
• RENISO PAG 46 und RENISO PAG 100 sind hochgetrocknet
