Beschreibung  -

Um die gestiegenen Anforderungen der Vielzellenund Schraubenverdichter zu erfüllen, wurde die FUCHS RENOLIN SC MC-Reihe entwickelt. Funktionsbedingt kommt es im Verdichter zur intensiven Verwirbelung von Kühlöl und Luftsauerstoff. Bei Verdichtungsendtemperaturen von bis zu 110 °C werden die Öle einem starken oxidativen Angriff, der die Alterung beschleunigt, ausgesetzt. Die Auswahl spezieller MC-Syntheseöle und Additivsysteme ermöglicht einen langen störungsfreien Betrieb. Für eine optimale Funktion des Ölabscheiders sind das Luftabgabevermögen und die geringe Schaumneigung für Schraubenverdichteröle charakteristisch. Ein hoher, scherstabiler Viskositätsindex sowie ein sehr gutes Alterungsverhalten und die oben genannten Anforderungen beschreiben das Leistungsvermögen der RENOLIN SC MC-Reihe, mit der die Verlängerung der Serviceintervallemöglich wird.



Anwendung  -

Luftverdichterschmierstoffe für öleingespritzte Vielzellen- und Schraubenverdichter mit einer
Verdichtungsendtemperatur von bis zu 110 °C. Bei der Verdichtung anderer Medien wenden Sie sich bitte an unsere Anwendungstechnik. Die Herstellervorschriften sind zu beachten.
