Aral Degol GS 320 ist ein vollsynthetisches, zinkfreies EP-Getriebeöl



Anwendungsempfehlung  -


Aral Degol GS 320 ist ein Hochleistungsgetriebeöl auf Polyglykolbasis vom Typ CLP PG nach DIN 51517-3. Das Produkt gewährleistet eine hohe Freßlastsicherheit und Graufleckentragfähigkeit. Der besondere Verschleißschutz, das günstige Reibverhalten, die thermische und oxidative Stabilität zeichnen das Getriebeöl ebenso aus wie das sehr gute VT-Verhalten und die ausgeprägten Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften. Aral Degol GS 320 Getriebeöl erfüllt den von der Firma Flender geforderten Graufleckentest nach FVA Nr.54.




Einsatzgebiet   -




Die Grundflüssigkeit und die ausgewählten Zusatzstoffe erlauben den Einsatz in hochtemperaturbelasteten Getrieben, Lagern und Umlaufölanlagen mit verlängerten Ölverweilzeiten bis zu einer Betriebstemperatur von +160 °C. Besondere Eignung ergibt sich für Schneckengetriebe mit der klassischen Werkstoffpaarung Stahlschneckenwelle/ Bronzerad.




Aral Degol GS 320 ist außerdem zur Schmierung sogenannter Heißlager (z.B. Kunststoff-Kalander, Papiermaschinen-Trockenpartie) geeignet. Für Aral Degol GS 320 liegt die Freigabe gemäß “Anforderungen an Umlaufschmieröle für Papiermaschinen-Trockenpartien” der Fa. SKF und die entsprechende Freigabe der Fa. FAG vor.Aral Degol GS 320
