Produkt Beschreibung  -


Mobil Zerice S sind synthetische Kälteverdichteröle höchster Qualität. Sie sind mit Alkylbenzolen formuliert, die aufgrund ihrer chemischen Beschaffenheit mit Kältemitteln auf Basis von Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffen (R22) hervorragend mischbar sind. Mobil Zerice S können deshalb für äußerst tiefe Verdampfungstemperaturen bis –60°C eingesetzt werden. Unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen können sie auch in Verdichtern mit Ammoniak als Kältemittel eingesetzt werden.


Eigenschaften/Vorteile  -


Im Vergleich zu mineralischen oder anderen synthetischen Kälteverdichterölen zeigen die Mobil Zerice S Produkte eine überlegene Löslichkeit in Halogenkohlenwasserstoffen. Dadurch werden gewöhnlich auftretende Probleme, wie Ölseparation und/oder Erstarren auf den Ventil- und Verdampferoberflächen der Kälteverdichter vermieden.

Darüber hinaus haben Mobil Zerice S Produkte einen sehr niedrigen Pourpoint und Flockungspunkt. Diese tragen dazu bei, schädliche Paraffinausscheidungen zu verhindern, die zu Funktionsstörungen an Expansionsventilen und Verdampferoberflächen führen können.

Aufgrund ihrer synthetischen Natur besitzen Mobil Zerice S Kälteverdichteröle sowohl hervorragende chemische als auch thermische Stabilität und reagieren auch nicht mit Kältemitteln, so dass ölbedingte Störungen vermieden werden.



Anwendung  -


Mobil Zerice S Produkte werden für alle Arten von Kälteverdichtern empfohlen: Kolbenverdichter ebenso wie Rotations-Schraubenverdichter. Sie eignen sich sehr gut für Kältemittel auf Basis von
Fluorchlorkohlenwasserstoffen und unter bestimmten Voraussetzungen auch mit Ammoniak in Verdichtern bestimmter Hersteller. Mobil Zerice S Produkte sollten nicht zusammen mit Schwefeldioxid und R134A Kältemitteln eingesetzt werden. Die Auswahl der Viskositätsklasse hat entsprechend den Empfehlungen des Verdichter-Herstellers zu erfolgen.
