Castrol Aircol HV 100

Castrol Aircol HV 100 is a Vacuum Pump Oil

Description  -

Castrol Aircol™ HV 100 is really just a special vacuum pump acrylic using a narrow boiling range for mechanically delicate and high vacuum pumps.
Aircol HV 100 is devised with a center portion of a paraffin based solvent raffinate, combined with a very high boiling point, a vapor pressure together with a very low vaporization loss and also a minimal coking tendency.  Aircol HV 100 comes with a foaming tendency and water separation behavior.
Application  -

Aircol HV 100 is devised for the use in mechanical vacuum pumps, that work in Higher vacuum area and fine vacuum to
About 0,0001 mbar.  The system has proven reliable in rotary valve pumps, rotary piston pumps and piston pumps that were rotating.  Aircol HV 100 can be used for its initial meeting of pumps by manufacturers of repute.

Fuchs Referenzfluessigkeit IRM 903

Fuchs Referenzfluessigkeit IRM 903 is a reference oil, IRM REFERENCE OILS per ASTM D 471-06 Description   - The ASTM standard test method D 471-06 deals with the effect of liquids on elastomers (“Rubber Property – Effect of Liquids”). Besides describing the procedures for various elastomer tests, it lists standard test liquids with which reference measurements can be performed. The ASTM D 471-06 method divides the standard test liquids into three groups: ·          IRM reference oils ·          ASTM reference fuels ·          ASTM service liquids IRM Reference oils   - The reference oils listed under IRM — IRM 901, IRM 902 and IRM 903 — are mineral oils with different paraffin and aromatic concentrations. Basically, the effect on elastomers increases as the content of aromatics increases (swelling behaviour). ...
