Beschreibung  -


Kl Klüberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 sind Schmierfette auf Basis Mineralöl und Spezial-Calciumseife. Sie weisen eine hohe mechanisch-dynamische Schmierfilmbelastbarkeit auf und haben eine starke Adhäsion zu Werkstoffen. Klüberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 zeigen eine hohe Medienbeständigkeit und sind sehr gut beständig gegenüber Wasser und Wasserdampf. Im Einzelfall, besonders vor Serienanwendung, sollte die Beständigkeit überprüft werden.


Anwendungsgebiete  -

 


Klüberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 sind als Schmierfette für z.B. Wälz- und Gleitlager, Gelenklager, Kleingetriebe oder als Abdicht- und Schmierfette für Labyrinthe und Industriearmaturen anwendbar. Sie finden Verwendung zur Langzeit- oder for-life-Schmierung von z.B. Wälzlagern in Automobilkomponenten (Wasserpumpenlager, Gelenkkreuzbüchsen), Textil-Nassbearbeitungsmaschinen (Hängeschleifendämpfer, Waschmaschinen), Spinnmaschinen (Ober- und Unterwalzen im Streckwerk), Förderanlagen (Laufrollen im „Nassbereich“), Papiermaschinen (speziell Nasspartie), Maschinen für die Land- und Bauwirtschaft, Maschinen der Lebensmittelindustrie, sowie in Elektromotoren, Lüftern und Pumpen.


Anwendungshinweise  -

  

Klüberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 lassen sich über Fettpressen, Pinsel oder Spatel applizieren. Die Förderbarkeit über Zentralschmieranlagen ist vorab mit dem Hersteller der Schmieranlage abzuklären. Die Vorreinigung der Reibstelle ist mit handelsüblichen Reinigungsmitteln möglich.


Verhalten gegenüber Kunststoffen und Elastomeren  -



Allgemein sind mineralöl- oder mineralölfettbeständige Kunststoffe und Elastomere gegenüber Klüberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 gut beständig. Vor Serienanwendung empfehlen wir jedoch aus Sicherheitsgründen, die Beständigkeit zu prüfen.
