Beschreibung  -


FUCHS RENOLIT CX-FO 20 ist ein hochwertiges Schmierfett für die Wälz- und Gleitlagerschmierung mit einem weiten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich.
RENOLIT CX-FO 20 wurde auf Basis mineralischer Grundöle sowie einer hochwertigen Calcium-Komplex-Seife
formuliert. Eine abgestimmte Wirkstoffkombination zur Verbesserung der Alterungsbeständigkeit und des Korrosionsschutzes verleihen dem Produkt seine hervorragenden Eigenschaften. Darüber hinaus verfügt RENOLIT CX-FO 20 über ein sehr gutes Druckaufnahmevermögen.

Anwendung  -


RENOLIT CX-FO 20 wird zur Schmierung thermisch hochbelasteter Maschinen und Aggregate eingesetzt z. B.
• Hüttenindustrie, Schmierung von Stützlagern an Drehöfen
• Zementindustrie, Schmierung der Tragbahnwellenlager an Lepolöfen
• Stahlindustrie, Schmierung von Wälzlagern an Hochöfen, Sinterbandanlagen und Stranggussanlagen
• Gummi- und Kunststoffindustrie, Schmierung von Kalandern, Heizpressen, Extrudern

Es kann als sogenanntes Mehrzweckfett sowohl für die Hochtemperaturschmierung als auch für die Schmierung bei Feuchtigkeit oder Wassereinwirkung verwendet werden.

Lagerdauer  -    


Die Mindestlagerdauer beträgt bei sachgerechter, sorgfältiger Lagerung in trockenen Räumen bei Temperaturen zwischen 0°C und 40°C und original verschlossenen Gebinden 36 Monate. Die Abgabe einer Haltbarkeitsgarantie ist mit der Angabe der Mindestlagerdauer nicht verbunden.
