Klüber Unisilkon TK 44 N 2 Is a lubricating greases for rolling bearings subject to high service temperatures.

Description  -


UNISILKON TK 44 N 2, N 3 lubricants are special greases based on phenyl methyl silicone oil and a sodium complex soap thickener for a wide service temperature range.

Application  -


UNISILKON TK 44 N greases are used for the lubrication of rolling bearings at very high temperatures. They are not subject to the classification acc. to DIN 41825. Relubrication is recommended in order to ensure long-term lubrication. For this purpose UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC and UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC A can also be used. Due to their special formulation and compatibility with many plastics and elastomers. UNISILKON TK 44 N greases have also proven effective for metal/plastic or rubber friction pairings in plain bearings and sliding points requiring long-term lubrication.

Application Notes  -


UNISILKON TK 44 N 2, N 3 greases are applied by grease gun, brush or spatula. We recommend checking pumpability in central lubrication systems with the manufacturer of the application equipment used. Commercial detergents can be used for precleaning the friction points.
