Klüber Syntheso PRO AA 4



Klüber Syntheso PRO AA 4 is a special grease for the lubrication of rubber-elastic seals and plastics.

Description  -


SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 and SYNTHESO PRO AA 4 are special greases based on polyalkylene glycol and silicate for the lubrication of rubber-elastic seals, e.g. EPDM.


Application  -


Owing to their good resistance to hot water, SYNTHESO PRO AA 2 and AA 4 are particularly suitable for the following applications:

– gaskets in autoclaves
– seals in high-temperature dyeing installations
– control valves, spindles, and their sealing materials.



Application Notes  -


SYNTHESO PRO AA greases can be applied by the usual lubrication systems, e.g. spatula, grease gun, brush. The
components should be clean and dry prior to initial or relubrication. Behaviour towards elastomers and plastics:
Owing to the many different elastomer and plastics compositions we recommend checking their compatibility on th complete component prior to series application.
