is a multi-purpose lubricating oil for bearings, gears and hydraulics with
particularly good viscosity-temperature behavior
Description -
For machines and
assemblies which are exposed to changing ambient temperatures, which must be
operated at low temperatures or which have viscosity-sensitive hydraulic
control units, lubricating and hydraulic oils with as little dependence of the
viscosity on the temperature and / or with good cold flow are
desired. FUCHS RENOLIN MR 520, meet all the requirements placed on high-VI
hydraulic oils. RENOLIN MR 520 has a very good viscosity-temperature
behavior and several ISO viscosity classes can be covered. They also have
a very good cold flow behavior.
RENOLIN MR 520 have
the same multifunctional properties as our RENOLIN MR multi-purpose lubricating
oils. RENOLIN MR oils are heavy-duty lubricating oils based on selected
base oils. They contain agents to increase corrosion protection, aging
resistance, cleaning and sludge carrying capacity (detergent / dispersant)
and to improve the behavior in the mixed friction area: reduction of wear,
increase in load capacity, energy-saving friction reduction and prevention of
friction vibrations due to adhesive slippage. The RENOLIN MR oils have a
very good filterability and prevent by the optimally matched additives static
charge at Feinstfilterung and high circulation rates. The oils of the
RENOLIN MR series contain zinc-containing additive systems.

Application -
RENOLIN MR 520 is
recommended as a high-VI multi-purpose lubricating oil at fluctuating ambient
temperatures, low operating temperatures or aggregates that are
sensitive to viscosity fluctuations . They should be used in
particular if at the same time pronounced corrosion protection, good cleaning
and sludge carrying capacity combined with very good wear protection in the
mixed friction area and avoidance of friction vibrations due to adhesive slip
(stick slip) are required.
RENOLIN MR 520 are
recommended for use in fire-fighting ladders and firefighting equipment.
RENOLIN MR 520 have
proven themselves in use in suspension hydraulics in ski resorts.
