Klüber Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a light colored lubricant. Klüber Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a special grease for plain and roller bearings.

Description  -

Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a light-colored grease with good compatibility with non-ferrous metals such as those used for plain bearing materials. The experience of low wear with rotating and oscillating motion and high impact loads based on the specially matched structure and the solid lubricants contained. Klüberlub BE 71-501 enables good sealing and water resistance at the bearing point. The additives used cause aging resistance.

Application Areas  -

Klüberlub BE 71-501 can contribute to the extension of the slide bearing service life if mixed friction conditions require wear-free, low-friction operation. The product development of Klüberlub BE 71-501 takes into account the requirements of plain bearing lubrication on forging presses with the aim of reducing lubricant or extending lubrication intervals while maintaining a low temperature level in plain bearings.

Klüberlub BE 71-501 can also be used for highly stressed bearings in the plastics processing industry and in construction machinery. On the basis of the good rolling bearing test results and the ability to convey in common centralized lubrication systems, there are also applications for high-temperature lubrication points via central lubrication systems, especially in the steel industry (eg ring rolling mills) and the wood processing industry (eg Koller bearings in pellet presses).







Application Notes  -

Klüberlub BE 71-501 can be easily conveyed in commercially available central lubrication systems and can also be applied using a brush, spatula, grease gun and automatic dosing devices. When converting to Klüberlub BE 71-501, the desired lubricant reduction should be carried out step by step in order to ensure the discharge of used lubricant, wear particles and contamination.
