Description  -

Klübersynth AR 34-401 and -402 are synthetic broad-spectrum greases thickened with a special calcium soap. They are free of heavy metal containing raw materials and solid lubricants. Combined with a carefully matched drug package, it delivers outstanding product performance and balance with high functionality and long life. The pneumatic components, consisting of sealing elements and the mating partners, such. As piston rod or cylinder tube can be applied in a relatively wide temperature range. This was supported in particular by the close cooperation with pneumatic element and seal manufacturers as well as university research centers. Klübersynth AR 34-401 is NSF H1 registered and thus compliant with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for unpredictable contact with products and packaging in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth AR 34-401 contributes to increasing the reliability of your production processes. However, we recommend additionally carrying out a risk analysis, eg HACCP.

Application Notes  -

Klübersynth AR 34-401 and -402 can be easily applied to the friction point with a brush, sponge, spatula, grease gun or other conventional dosing devices. For the lubrication of cylinder surfaces, the application with suitable round brushes or the automatic feed by lubrication pistons has proven itself. It is important that the working piston is moved several times over the entire stroke after installation and thus, if z. B. only one-sided lubrication was possible, and a sufficient wetting of the sealing elements is achieved from both sides. For valves, the procedure is similar. An excess lubrication of the piston seal after several piston strokes can here, depending on the size and extent, provide for a more uniform fat wetting. In general, it must be ensured that the lubricant is cleaned as much as possible.
