Description -
ISOFLEX SUPER TEL was
developed as a spindle bearing grease for very high speeds. ISOFLEX SUPER
TEL is a dynamically extremely low-temperature grease based on ester oil,
mineral oil and lithium soap. The special product formulation allows low
and constant starting and running moments of the greased friction point.
Application Areas

Preferably used for
very high-speed grinding spindles / work spindles in machine tools, where
smooth running is in the foreground. The low starting friction has a very
positive effect on the torque and reduces the power requirement. The low
dynamic resistance at walk stress reduces bearing temperatures and allows high
speeds. Can be used for high speeds, typical for rolling and sliding
bearings as well as high-speed spindles, as they occur in textile machines and
metalworking machines.
Application
Notes -
ISOFLEX SUPER TEL
should be applied to the clean lubrication point with a brush, spatula or
similar dosing device. Due to the different compositions within the
families of elastomers and plastics, it is necessary to test elastomer
compatibility and plastic compatibility prior to series application.
