Klüber Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra Is a sprayable adhesive lubricant. Klüber Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is an Operational lubricant for open drives.

Description  -

GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is a sprayable adhesive lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. It is resistant to high pressure and contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors. The raw materials used for the manufacture of GRAFLOSCON C SG 2000 ULTRA are free of bitumen, solvents and chlorine.

Application  -

GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is designed for spray lubrication of open pinion gears exposed to extremely high tooth flank loads on rotary kilns, tube mills, and line blenders which are used in the cement, lime, gypsum, mining, and chemical industries.
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is also suitable for drives exposed to high oscillations or drives in which rolling bearings are mounted. It lubricates and protects all other open gears, drives subject to high thermal loads (spur and bevel gears) as well as slide and guide rails, large chains, wire ropes and similar devices.
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is especially suitable for application under hot climatic conditions and in heated spray systems.

Application Notes  -

GRAFLOSCON C-SG 2000 ULTRA is applied to the gear mainly through automatic spray systems. Smaller drives are also lubricated by brush, forced-feed lubrication systems or with the Klübermatic LB manual spray gun. The amount of lubricant applied depends on the individual operating conditions and is listed in the corresponding consumption chart.
