Als Hersteller von Kfz-Brems- und/oder Kupplungssystemen suchen Sie einen zuverlässigen Schmierstoff, der den Betrieb Ihrer Bauteile über die Lebensdauer sicherstellt. Hier hat sich SYNTHESO GLK 1 PF vielfach bewährt und bietet Ihnen, neben der guten Verträglichkeit mit gängigen EPDM- und SBRElastomeren, gleichzeitig auch die Möglichkeit, Reibung zu reduzieren und Verschleiß zu verhindern. Zusätzlich hilft Ihnen SYNTHESO GLK 1 PF, durch seine speziell auf diese Anwendung abgestimmte Zusammensetzung, störende Geräusche zu dämpfen und zu vermeiden.


Anwendungsgebiete  -

SYNTHESO GLK 1 PF wurde zur Schmierung von Gleitpaarungen Elastomer – Metall, Kunststoff – Metall, Kunststoff – Kunststoff, aber auch Metall – Metall entwickelt. Es findet deshalb bevorzugt Anwendung in der Kfz-Industrie als Montagefett in Gleitlagerungen, insbesondere in Bremsanlagen und Kupplungssystemen für Linearbewegungen im Kontakt mit den Bremsflüssigkeiten DOT 3, 4 und 5.1.

Anwendungsbeispiele sind die Schmierung von Führungshülsen und -bolzen, EPDM- und SBR-Dichtungen, Kupplungsgeber- und Kupplungsnehmerzylindern sowie die Korrosionsschutzbefettung von Führungsflächen der Bremsbelaghalterungen in Scheibenbremssätteln. Bei diesen Anwendungsfällen erleichtert SYNTHESO GLK 1 PF die Montage und sorgt für zuverlässige Schmierung. Es hat sich ebenfalls als Montagefett zur Schmierung von Gleitlagerungen mit niedrigen Gleitgeschwindigkeiten sowie von Kleingetrieben aus Kunststoff bewährt.

Anwendungshinweise  -

Wir empfehlen vor der Verwendung mit dynamisch hochbelastetem Aluminium und Aluminiumlegierungen eine entsprechende Verschleißprüfung durchzuführen. Aufgrund der großen Vielfalt der verwendeten Elastomere und Kunststoffe empfehlen wir außerdem vor Serienanwendung eine Prüfung auf Verträglichkeit vorzunehmen. Farbänderungen können sich durch das Produktkonzept ergeben, dies hat jedoch keinen Einfluss auf die Produktperformance.
