FUCHS ANTICORIT DFW 9301 ist ein bariumfreies Korrosionsschutzmittel und Dewatering-Fluid neuester Generation, dass einen dünnen vaselin-/wachsartigen Film hinterlässt. Es erfüllt bei 20 °C die Auflagen der 31. BImSchV *) . ANTICORIT DFW 9301 zeichnet sich durch einen verbesserten Korrosionsschutz, exzellentes Demulgierverhalten und hervorragende Wasserverdrängung aus. Es dient zur Konservierung von Metallteilen und -werkzeugen sowie von Maschinen und Aggregaten, wie z.B. Getriebe, Motoren und deren Einzelteile. Der dünne wachsartige Film ist verträglich mit allen herkömmlichen Getriebe- bzw. Motorschmierölen und muss deshalb vor Einbau oder Einsatz nicht entfernt werden. ANTICORIT DFW 9301 ist stabil gegen saure und alkalische Einschleppungen und ist deshalb auch in galvanischen Betrieben zur Konservierung und Trocknung geeignet. ANTICORIT DFW 9301 eignet sich zur Zwischen- und Endkonservierung und ist als Transportkonservierung, ggf. auch in Kombination mit DampfphasenKorrosionsschutzmitteln hervorragend geeignet. Wir empfehlen den Einsatz von ANTICORIT VCISpezialprodukten. Durch den eingearbeiteten fluoreszierenden Farbstoff wird eine optische Detektion des Produktes auf Metalloberflächen ermöglicht.


Anwendung  -


ANTICORIT DFW 9301 wird bevorzugt in Tauchbädern eingesetzt, kann aber auch versprüht werden. Dabei sind die geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. ANTICORIT DFW 9301 ist mit wässrigen Industriereinigern und Lösemitteln der RENOCLEAN Reihe entfernbar. In vielen Fällen ist eine Entfernung von der Oberfläche jedoch nicht notwendig, da ANTICORIT DFW 9301 mit üblichen Nachschmiermitteln verträglich ist.
