FUCHS ANTICORIT RP 4107 S ist ein bariumfreies, ablaufgehemmtes Korrosionsschutzöl mit breitem Anwedungsspektrum. ANTICORIT RP 4107 S gewährleistet überlegene Beständigkeit bei Schuppenlagerung, im Schwitzwasserwechselklima und auch in Salzsprühnebelatmosphäre. Dieser hervorragende Korrosionsschutz ist geeignet für Warmband, oder auch für alle Kaltbandoberflächen, wie z.B. elektrolytisch verzinkt, feuerverzinkt, galvanealed, vorphosphatiert oder mikrophosphatiert.
ANTICORIT RP 4107 S ist mit wässrigen neutral- oder alkalischen Reinigern leicht entfernbar. Auf Grund der thixotropen Eigenschaften von ANTICORIT RP 4107 S laufen definierte Ölfilme praktisch nicht ab.

ANTICORIT RP 4107 S ist das einzige Korrosionsschutzöl, welches in Stahlwerksanwendungen appliziert wird und eine vollständige Freigabe des VDA besitzt.

Anwendung  -

ANTICORIT RP 4107 S wird zur Konservierung von Halbzeugen aus Eisenwerkstoffen, insbesondere von empfindlichen Kaltbandoberflächen eingesetzt. Es wird ebenfalls auch als Korrosionsschutz zur Unterdachlagerung und zum Transport bei besonders hohen Anforderungen an die Entfernbarkeit und in schwierigen Klimaten angewendet.
ANTICORIT RP 4107 S findet steigenden Bedarf in der Konservierung von CKD-Teilen zum Versand und zur Langzeitkonservierung für Motoren, Motorenteile und für blanke Karosseriebauteile. ANTICORIT RP 4107 S kann durch Tauchen, Sprühen oder Walzen aufgetragen werden. Empfohlene Verarbeitungstemperatur für Sprühen und Filtration 50 bis 65 °C. Dabei sind die geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten. Wir empfehlen eine Beschichtung von 1,0 bis 2,5 g/m².

Lagerbedingungen  -

ANTICORIT RP 4107 S ist im geschlossenen Originalgebinde bei Temperaturen von – 20 bis + 40 °C bis zu 36 Monate lagerfähig. Bei längerer Lagerung kann es, wie bei allen thixotropen Produkten, zur Absetzung des Thixotropiebildners kommen. Die ursprüngliche Qualität lässt sich durch Rühren wieder herstellen. Die Abgabe einer Haltbarkeitsgarantie ist mit der Angabe der Mindestlagerdauer nicht verbunden.
