Erprobt und freigegeben von namhaften Hydraulikkomponentenherstellern.FUCHS PLANTOSYN46 HVI übertreffen die Anforderungen gemäß ISO 15380.PLANTOSYN HVI-Öle sind mit allen üblicherweise in der Hydraulik vorkommenden Werkstoffen verträglich.

Die Fuchs PLANTOSYN HVI-Öle sind umweltverträgliche Hochleistungs- Hydraulik- und Schmieröle auf Basis gesättigter synthetischer Ester. Diese Öle können in allen hydraulischen Systemen auch unter schwierigen Betriebsbedingungen universell eingesetzt werden.
Fuchs PLANTOSYN 46 HVI wurde von namhaften Herstellern von Hydraulikkomponenten wie Bosch Rexroth und Sauer Sundstrand getestet und zugelassen.

Fuchs PLANTOSYN HVI-Produkte erfüllen und übertreffen die Anforderungen nach ISO 15380. Fuchs PLANTOSYN HVI-Produkte sind normalerweise mit Materialien kompatibel, die normalerweise in hydraulischen Systemen vorkommen. Bei dynamischen Beanspruchungen als Dichtungen wird die Verwendung von Viton FKM-Material empfohlen.

Seit einigen Jahren ist bekannt, dass der Einsatz von Schmiermitteln auf Mineralölbasis bestimmte Umweltrisiken birgt. Leckagen, Emissionen und Verschüttungen beim Umgang mit Hydraulikflüssigkeiten führen zu einer direkten Verschmutzung der Umgebung und damit der Umwelt. Diese Tatsache hat FUCHS veranlasst, biologisch schnell abbaubare Schmierstoffe auf Basis synthetischer Ester zu entwickeln. PLANTOSYN 46 HVI basiert auf ausgewählten gesättigten synthetischen Estern.

Plantosyn 46 HVI ist ein umweltfreundliches Hydraulik- und Schmieröl auf Basis gesättigter, synthetischer Ester. Das Öl kann für alle hydraulischen Systeme verwendet werden, auch bei höchsten Belastungen. Es wurde von namhaften Herstellern von Hydraulikkomponenten getestet und genehmigt.



Anwendung  -

Biologisch schnell abbaubares Hydrauliköl auf Basis synthetischer, gesättigter Ester für höchste Anforderungen. Hervorragend geeignet für alle Anwendungen in mobilen und stationären Hydraulikanlagen, für die der Einsatz eines biologisch schnell abbaubaren Hydrauliköles gemäß ISO 15380, HEES, empfohlen wird, insbesondere wenn durch Leckagen eine Umweltgefährdung des Bodens, Grundwassers oder Oberflächenwassers besteht (Bau-, Wasser-, Land-, Forstwirtschaft). PLANTOSYN HVI-Produkte können auch als Alternative zu HLP/HM-Hydraulikölen eingesetzt werden und haben ihre hervorragende Eignung in vielen Anwendungen bewiesen (Bau- und Erdbewegungsmaschinen, Ladekräne, Flurförderfahrzeuge, Ladebordwandsysteme in Nutzfahrzeugen, Harvester). Die Einsatztemperaturen können dabei zwischen -30 °C und 100 °C Tanktemperaturen liegen. Temperaturen über 100 °C sind kurzzeitig zulässig.
