Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC NH 68 ist ein vollsynthetischer Schmierstoff, der für Kältemittelkompressoren in Hochleistungsanlagen konzipiert ist, die Ammoniak als Kühlmedium verwenden. Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC NH 68 wird aus paraffinfreien, synthetisierten Polyalphaolefinen und synthetischen Alkylbenzol-Grundölen hergestellt, die herausragenden Widerstand gegen Alterung gezeigt haben. Auch unter den schwierigsten Betriebsbedingungen schützt Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC NH 68 vor Schlammbildung und Ablagerungen und vermindert oder reduziert dadurch das Verstopfen von Ventilen oder Filtern.

Anwendung  -

Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC NH 68 wird zur Verwendung in Schraubenkompressoren oder Kolbenkompressoren in Kälteanlagen empfohlen, die Ammoniak als Kältemittel verwenden. Mobil Gargoyle Arctic SHC NH 68 ist mit Mineralölen kompatibel, aber die Leistung kann beimWechsel beeinträchtigt werden und, je nach der restlichen Menge an Mineralöl in der Mischung, können die Vorteile verringert werden. In einem solchen Fall muss in den darauffolgenden 6 Monaten eine Ölanalyse sowie eine Filterkontrolle durchgeführt werden.

·         Überragende thermische / oxidative und chemische Stabilität - Lange Lebensdauer des Öls im Vergleich zu Mineralöl, dadurch verlängerte Ölwechselintervalle und weniger Routinewartung Dies wiederum reduziert die Wartungskosten
·         Gute Verträglichkeit mit Dichtungen, die zuvor mit mineralischem Schmiermittel verwendet wurden - Geringes Ölleckrisiko
·         Geringe Flüchtigkeit - Verhindert den Aufbau von Viskosität und verringert den Ölverbrauch
