Fuchs Ecocool R – 2030 MB Ist ein wassermischbarer Kühlschmierstoff

Beschreibung  -

FUCHS ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB ist ein biozidfreier, mineral- ölhaltiger, wassermischbarer Kühlschmierstoff zum Zerspanen und Schleifen von Stahl, Guss und Aluminiumlegierungen.
ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB ist frei von Chlor, Schwefel und Phosphor.
ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB enthält keine leicht nitrosierbaren Amine.
ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB ergibt mit Wasser gemischt eine stabile, feindisperse, beige, opaleszierende Emulsion.

Anwendung  -



ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB wird zum Schleifen und Zerspanen von Stählen, als auch für die Grob- und Feinzerspanung aller gängigen Aluminiumwerkstoffe empfohlen.
ECOCOOL R – 2030 MB ist auch für die Gussbearbeitung geeignet.

Empfohlene Einsatzkonzentration  -

Stahl

– Zerspanen: 5 – 8 %
– Schleifen: 5 – 6 %

Aluminium

– Zerspanen: 5 – 12 %
– Schleifen: 5 – 6 %
