Fuchs Pentosin FFL-2 ist ein spezielles vollsynthetisches Getriebeöl, das ausschließlich für den Einsatz im neuen VOLKSWAGEN Doppelkupplungsgetriebe entwickelt wurde. Dieses Getriebe - VOLKSWAGEN-Bezeichnung: DSG - ist ein hoch entwickeltes, komplexes High-Tech-Aggregat, das extrem hohe Anforderungen an das Getriebeöl stellt.

Das System hat seinen Ursprung im Motorsportbereich. Die Gänge werden automatisch geschaltet und sind daher sehr schnell. Für einen einwandfreien Betrieb benötigt das DSG ein spezielles High-Tech-Getriebeöl mit konstant stabilen spezifischen Reibungsmerkmalen, das sich auch unter härtesten Einsatzbedingungen nicht ändert, sowohl im Winter als auch im heißesten Sommer, wenn die Autobahn rast.

Fuchs Pentosin FFL-2 wurde komplett neu entwickelt, um den hohen Anforderungen von VW DSG– gerecht zu werden. Zusammen mit VOLKSWAGEN wurde es an die verschiedenen anspruchsvollen spezifischen DSG-Leistungsanforderungen angepasst. Um einen einwandfreien DSG-Betrieb zu gewährleisten, sollte daher unbedingt vermieden werden, dass Fuchs Pentosin FFL-2 mit einer anderen Getriebeflüssigkeit gemischt wird.

FUCHS PENTOSIN FFL-2 ist ein Spezialgetriebeöl das exklusiv für den Einsatz als Erstbetriebsschmierstoff in den Doppelkupplungsgetrieben des VW Konzerns entwickelt wurde. PENTOSIN FFL-2 ist genau für diese hohen Ansprüche völlig neu entwickelt und zusamme  mit VW auf die vielfältigen spezifischen DSGAnforderungen  abgestimmt worden. Das Produkt besitzt somit beste Reibwerteigenschaften und bietet optimale und schnellste Schaltvorgänge über das gesamte Ölwechselintervall. Zudem erfüllt PENTOSIN FFL-2 die hohen Anforderungen an die Verträglichkeit mit Buntmetallen und elektronischen Bauteilen, was für die Funktion des elektro-hydraulischen Steuerkreislaufes von enormer Bedeutung ist. Ebenfalls garantiert PENTOSIN FFL-2 optimalen Verschleiß- schutz über die gesamte Lebensdauer.


Anwendung  -

PENTOSIN FFL-2 wurde speziell für den Einsatz in den VW Doppelkupplungsgetrieben DQ250, DQ500 und DQ400e entwickelt und ist für diese als einziges Produkt exklusiv freigegeben. Diese Getriebe sind in einer Vielzahl an Fahrzeugen des VW Konzerns verbaut. Um einen einwandfreien DSG Betrieb zu gewährleisten, darf daher PENTOSIN FFL-2 auf keinen Fall mit anderen Getriebeölen vermischt zum Einsatz kommen.
