Verwendung  -

Avia Metacool Synth GR ist ein Wasserlöslicher Kühlschmierstoff für alle Schleifoperationen wie Rund-, Flach- und Vollschnittschleifen von normal- und schwer zerspanbaren Stahl sowie Temper- und Grauguss. Die Herstellung der Betriebslösung erfolgt durch langsame Zugabe des Konzentrates zum vorgelegten Trinkwasser unter gleichzeitigem gründlichem Umrühren oder mit Hilfe von automatischen Mischgeräten.



Beschreibung  -

Wasserlöslicher, mineralölfreier, extrem schaumarmer Kühlschmierstoff. AVIA METACOOL SYNTH GR ist chlor- und nitritfrei und enthält darüber hinaus keine sekundären Amine. Das Konzentrat löst sich leicht und ergibt eine transparente klare Lösung mit hoher Stabilität, optimalen Rückstandverhalten, geringen Austragverlusten und langer Standzeit. AVIA METACOOL SYNTH GR besitzt als Lösung eine ausgezeichnete Kühlwirkung und zeichnet sich durch ein gutes Freispülen der Schleifscheiben sowie eine sehr gute Filtrierbarkeit aus.
AVIA METACOOL SYNTH GR ist besonders geruchsmild und weist eine gute Hautverträglichkeit auf.


Mischungsvorschläge –

Schleifen von Stahl ab 4%
Schleifen von Gusseisen ab 5%
Die Konzentration der Gebrauchslösung lässt sich vor Ort am einfachsten mit einem Handrefraktometer bestimmen.
Der in °Brix abgelesene Wert multipliziert mit dem Refraktometerwert ergibt die Konzentration in %.
