Castrol Hyspin XP 46 Ist ein Zink- und aschefreies Hydrauliköl. Castrol Hyspin XP 46 ist ein Aschearmes zinkfreies Hydrauliköl.


Beschreibung  -

Das Hyspin XP 46 Hydrauliköl basiert auf Solventraffinaten. Es enthält Zusätze zur Erhöhung der natürlichen Alterungsbeständigkeit, des Korrosionsschutzes und der Schaumdämpfung. Weiterhin ist dieses Öl zusätzlich mit speziellen zinkfreien Additiven zur Verbesserung des Verhaltens im Mischreibungsgebiet (Grenzschmierungsbereich) legiert.


Anwendung  -

Das Hyspin XP 46 erfüllt alle an ein HLP-Hochleistungshydrauliköl gestellen Anforderungen nach DIN 51524-2. Darüber hinaus werden auch spezielle Anforderungen der deutschen Stahlindustrie abgedeckt. Bei Metallbearbeitungsölen mit aschefreien Additivsystemen, wie z.B. bei Hochleistungs-Schleifölen oder Walzölen, können die üblichen Hydrauliköl-Additive sich negativ auf das Arbeitsergebnis (z.B. thermische Gefügeveränderung oder Glührückstände) auswirken.Die Additive des Hyspin XP 46 vermeiden im Vermischungsfalle eine störende Wechselwirkung der Zusatzstoffe.
