Avia Syntogear XP 220




Verwendung  -


Vollsynthetisches Industriegetriebeöl zur Schmierung von Getrieben, Schneckengetrieben und hoch belasteten Lagern, für die vom Hersteller ein synthetisches Öl vom Typ CLP nach DIN 51 517 Teil 3 auf PAO-Basis empfohlen wird. In Übereinstimmung mit der jeweiligen Maschinen- / Betriebsvorschrift besonders geeignet für den Einsatz in thermisch hoch beanspruchten Aggregaten. Unter Beachtung der jeweiligen, für den Anwendungsfall notwendigen Mindestviskosität, ist AVIA SYNTOGEAR XP kurzzeitig bis 150°C Spitzentemperatur einsetzbar.

Vollsynthetisches, demulgierend eingestelltes Hochleistungs-Industriegetriebeöl auf Basis von Polyalphaolefinen(PAO) mit hochwirksamen, thermisch beständigen Oxidations- und Korrosionsinhibitoren sowie EPWirkstoffen.

AVIA SYNTOGEAR XP besitzt aufgrund der verwendeten Grundöle ein sehr gutes ViskositätsTemperatur-Verhalten und einen hohen natürlichen Viskositätsindex (VI), was dem Öl einen Mehrbereichscharakter verleiht. AVIA SYNTOGEAR XP zeichnet sich zudem durch eine hervorragende Alterungsbeständigkeit, eine geringe Schaumneigung, ein gutes Luftabscheidevermögen, ein exzellentes Wasserabscheidevermögen und einen praxisgerechten Korrosionsschutz aus. Besonders hervor zu heben ist darüber hinaus eine hohe
Graufleckentragfähigkeit. Im Vergleich zu herkömmlichen CLP-Ölen auf Mineralölbasis werden, in Getrieben und Umlaufsystemen mit Sumpftemperaturen bis +90°C, wesentlich längere Ölwechselintervalle erreicht.
