Castrol Hyspin 4243 Ist ein Zinkfreies Hydrauliköl HLP-D Typ mit detergierenden Eigenschaften.


Beschreibung  -


Castrol Hyspin 4243 ist ein zinkfreies, leistungsstarkes, auf Basis hochwertiger Grundöle und ausgesuchter Wirkstoffe entwickeltes Hydrauliköl vom Typ HLP-D und erfüllt die HLP-Anforderungen nach DIN 51524-2 mit großer Reserve. Dieses Hydrauliköl besitzt detergierende/dispergierende Eigenschaften. Durch kontinuierliche Lösung von Verunreinigungen vermeidet es Ablagerungen und Verklebungen im System, die z.B. Störungen von Steuerelementen verursachen könnten. Durch das Feuchtigkeitsaufnahmevermögen dieser Öle wird Korrosion vermieden. Außerdem vermindert es den Verschleiß im Grenzschmierungsbereich und unterdrückt durch seine polaren Wirkstoffe Ruckgleitbewegungen.



Anwendung  -


Castrol Hyspin 4243 ist ein universell verwendbares Hydrauliköl. Es eignet sich speziell für den Einsatz bei ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen, wie z.B. Feuchtigkeit oder Beeinträchtigung durch Fremdstoffe. Castrol Hyspin 4243 besitzt ein sehr gutes Feuchtigkeitsaufnahmevermögen, optimalen Korrosionsschutz, sicheren Verschleißschutz und hervorragende Alterungsstabilität. Darüber hinaus verfügt es über Schmutztragevermögen, Reinigungswirkung, Reduzierung des Ruckgleitens (Stick-Slip-Effect) und ist frei von Zinkverbindungen.
