Beschreibung  -

Hydraulikflüssigkeiten auf Mineralölbasis, mit effektiven Verschleißschutzadditiven sowie mit Zusätzen zur Erhöhung der Alterungsbeständigkeit, des Korrosionsschutzvermögens und zur Schaumdämpfung.


Anwendung  -

Hyspin AWS-Öle werden in hochbelasteten Hydrauliksystemen eingesetzt, in denen ein besonderes Verschleißschutzvermögen gefordert wird. Die Öle sind gut filtrierbar. Sie sind auch für den Einsatz in Anwendungsbereichen geeignet, in denen Schmierstoffe mit hoher Oxidationsstabilität und ausgezeichneten Schmierungseigenschaften benötigt werden, z.B. in Getrieben, in hydraulischen Drehmomentwandlern und zur Lagerschmierung. Die Hydrauliköle der Hyspin AWS-Reihe sind mit Elastomermaterialien, wie sie üblicherweise für statische und dynamische Dichtungen verwendet werden, verträglich, z.B. mit

• Nitril-Butadien-Kautschuk (NBR*)
• Fluor-Kautschuk (FPM*)
• Polyurethan-Kautschuk (AU*EU*)
* Kurzbezeichnung nach ISO 1629



Hyspin AWS-Öle erfüllen die Anforderungen an Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51 524-2. Sie entsprechen der Klassifizierung Hydrauliköle Typ HM nach ISO 6743/4. Die Spezifikationen namhafter Hydraulikhersteller werden erfüllt, wie z.B.
