Avia Fluid RSL 68




Verwendung  -

Avia Fluid RSL 68 ist ein Universell einsetzbares Hydrauliköl vom Typ HLP. Neben dem Einsatz in stationären und mobilen Hydrauliken kann AVIA FLUID RSL, entsprechende Vorschriften des Maschinenherstellers vorausgesetzt, auch zur Schmierung von Gleit- und Wälzlagern, Getrieben, Verdichtern, Vakuumpumpen etc. verwendet werden.

Universal-Hydrauliköl vom Typ HLPD. AVIA Fluid RSL 68 ist besonders für Hydraulikaggregate von Baumaschinen und andere Mobilhydrauliken geeignet (Herstellerangaben beachten!). Weitere Einsatzgebiete sind Hydrauliksysteme von Werkzeugmaschinen mit aufgesetzter Gleitschienenschmierung und als Schmieröl für Wartungseinheiten von Druckluftsystemen.

Hochwertiges, solventraffiniertes Hydrauliköl mit speziell darauf abgestimmter, hochwirksamer Additivierung.AVIA FLUID RSL zeichnet sich durch eine hohe thermische und oxidative Stabilität aus und bietet somit die Basis für verlängerte Ölstandzeiten. AVIA FLUID RSL bietet bestmöglichen Verschleiß- und Korrosionsschutz auch bei höchsten mechanischen Belastungen. Darüber hinaus weist AVIA FLUID RSL eine gute Filtrierbarkeit auf. Filterblockaden werden vermieden. AVIA FLUID RSL erfüllt sicher die Anforderungen an HLP-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 2 und übertrifft diese klar in Hinblick auf das Luftabscheidevermögen, die Demulgierfähigkeit und das Schaumverhalten.

Das AVIA Fluid RSL 68 ist ein mineralisches, zinkfreies, reinigendes und dispergierendes Hydrauliköl. AVIA Fluid RSL 68 schützt wirksam vor Anhaften und Ablagerungen im Hydrauliksystem. Ölalterungsprodukte und Verunreinigungen, die in das System gelangen, werden nachhaltig suspendiert. In bestimmten Grenzen emulgiert AVIA Fluid RSL 68 Wasser und wassergemischte Kühlschmierstoffe, ohne die hervorragenden Schmier- und Korrosionsschutzeigenschaften merklich zu beeinträchtigen. Dieses Produkt verfügt über speziell abgestimmte und hochwirksame Additive, die eine hohe Wärme- und Oxidationsbeständigkeit aufweisen und auch bei sehr hoher mechanischer Beanspruchung einen optimalen Waren- und Korrosionsschutz bieten. Avia Fluid RSL erfüllt zuverlässig die Anforderungen von HLP-Hydraulikölen nach DIN 51 524 Teil 2.Polare Additive verbessern wirksam die Gleiteigenschaften und verhindern das Auftreten von Stick-Slip auch bei ungünstigen Betriebsbedingungen. AVIA Fluid RSL 68 übertrifft die grundlegenden Anforderungen für RSL-Hydrauliköle nach DIN 51524 Teil 2 und für Hydrauliköle HM nach ISO 11158 (ausgenommen Demulgierbarkeit).
