Fuchs Anticorit MKR Is a water-miscible corrosion preventive
Fuchs Anticorit MKR is a Water-Miscible Corrosion Prevention
Concentrate
Description -
The
longtime proven FUCHS ANTICORIT MKR is an easy to emulsifiy, barium-
and siliconvfree corrosion preventive concentrate. It builds a stable emulsion.
Through the modern recepy, ANTICORIT MKR is free of secondary amines and
fulfils the TRGS 615***), Point 2 (5). ANTICORIT MKR forms a thin, oily,
non-sticky and non-resinating film which offers excellent protection against
corrosion. ANTICORIT MKR is used to protect bare and phosphate metal surfaces
and as an corrosion inhibitor for radiators and hydraulic water systems.
ANTICORIT
MKR is a water-miscible corrosion
preventive concentrate which mixes easily and shows high emulsion stability
even when heavily contaminated with dragged-in electrolytes or when subject to
high temperatures. ANTICORIT MKR forms a
thin, oily, non-sticky and non-solidifying film which remains on the part even
after drying. ANTICORIT MKR can be used
to protect and clean bare and phosphated metal surfaces. ANTICORIT MKR may be
applied to long-term protection of phosphated parts and for packed preservation
of files, interprocess preservation of semi-finished products and as a
corrosion inhibitor in automotive radiators, hydraulic presses, and hot water
heating systems.ANTICORIT MKR may also be applied neat, if more.

cleaner, mineral oil containing corrosion protection emulsion for immersion and
flood application.Mild alkaline, sprayable, mineral oil-based cleaning and
corrosion protection emulsion, free of boron compounds and monoethanolamine,
suitable for the treatment of workpieces made of steel, aluminum and
copper-based metals.
Application -
·
ANTICORIT MKR is
applied by dipping as a 5 – 20 % emulsion (depending on the film thickness
required) at about 70 °C. The valid safety regulations have to be taken into
account.
