Description  - 


The excellent cooling properties and the inserted new generation of extreme pressure additives reduce the cutting forces, which increases the tool life and improves the surface finish of the machined parts. Very easy to use: simply pour TOTAL SPIRIT WBF 7200 into good quality water. Excellent stability. Good corrosion protection for machined parts and machines. Not frothy. TOTAL SPIRIT WBF 7200 has no special odor and contains no phenols, nitrites, PTBB, boron, chlorine, formaldehyde or diethanolamine (DEA). TOTAL SPIRIT WBF 7200 complies with the German regulation TRGS 611 (technical rules that govern the handling of hazardous components). Micro-emulsion for heavy duty machining for a wide variety of materials. Especially designed for heavy and very heavy work. TOTAL SPIRIT WBF 7200 is suitable for machining ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hard steels, alloy steels, stainless steels, titanium, aluminum and alloys.

SPIRIT WBF 7200 is a boron suitor, water mixable cooling lubricant containing amine for the general Zerspanung, for grinding Fe metals, particularly also of aluminum and non-ferrous metals at reasonable till heavy Zerspanungsbedingungen.         – heavy machining: 5 to 7%
        – very heavy machining: 7 to 10%.
