Beschreibung  -

UNISILKON TK 44 N-2 und N-3 sind Spezialfette für einen weiten Gebrauchstemperaturbereich, basierend auf einem Phenylmethylsilikonöl mit einer Natrium-Komplexseife verdickt.UNISILKON TK 44 N-2 und N-3 sind Spezialfette für einen weiten Einsatztemperaturbereich, die auf einem mit Natriumkomplexseife eingedickten Phenylmethylsilikonöl basieren. Das ätherische Papieröl ist auch zum Schmieren geeignet. Entfernen Sie Flusenspiralfräser von Textilien und Ketten oder Führungen. AIRPRESS-Öl kann verwendet werden, um hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und Gas oder schwach alkalische Lösungen aufzutragen. 15,32 und 68 AIRPRESS verfügt über ein tragendes und ölgeschmiertes Lager, das nachweislich leicht ist, z. Anwendungsgebiete  -

UNISILKON TK 44 N-Fette finden Anwendung zur Schmierung von Wälzlagern bei sehr hohen Temperaturen, wobei sie nicht der Einstufung nach DIN 51825 unterliegen. Zur Langzeit- und Lebensdauerschmierung ist eine Nachschmierung von Vorteil. Hierzu können auch UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC und UNISILKON TK 44 N 2 REC A verwendet werden. UNISILKON TK 44 N-Fette haben sich auch bewährt zur Schmierung von Gleitlagern und Gleitstellen bei Werkstoffpaarungen Metall/ Kunststoff oder Gummi, wenn eine Langzeitfunktion der Schmierung gefordert ist. Dies ist auf den speziellen Aufbau und die Neutralität gegenüber vielen Kunststoffen und Elastomeren zurückzuführen.

Anwendungshinweise  -


UNISILKON TK 44 N-2 und N-3 lassen sich über Fettpressen,Pinsel oder Spatel applizieren. Die Förderbarkeit von UNISILKON TK 44 N-Fetten über Zentralschmieranlagen ist vorab mit dem Hersteller abzuklären. Die Vorreinigung der Reibstelle ist mit handelsüblichen Reinigungsmitteln möglich.
