Description  -


FUCHS ECOCUT 615 LE is a low-misting, neat metalworking fluid based on an extremely low-aromatic oil. It contains a special combination of chlorine-free highperformance  EP add tives and polar lubricity improvers.

Compared to conventional cutting oils, the use of a special base oil and specially selected additives in ECOCUT 615 LE significantly reduces oil misting and oil evaporation during machining.

ECOCUT 615 LE is a non-miscible coolant based on carefully refined mineral oils with a low content of aromatic hydrocarbons. The product contains a special combination of chlorine-free additives for extreme pressures and polar substances that improve lubricating properties. 

Thanks to the carefully selected base oil and the ECOCUT 615 LE additive package, it differs from most oil coolant lubricants by significantly less evaporation losses and oil mist formation.



Application  -


FUCHS ECOCUT 615 LE is a high-performance oil for all operations on difficult and extremely difficult-to-machine materials. Also recommended for other machining operations such as deep hole drilling, broaching, milling and thread cutting when a highly active cutting oil is required.


ECOCUT 615 LE improves economy by prolonging tool life as well as offering oil stock rationalization opportunities.ECOCUT 615 LE is suitable to only a limited extent for use with nonferrous metals.
