Super High Performance Mehrbereichs-Hydrauliköl für Hydrauliksysteme in Fahrzeugen und Arbeitsmaschinen.


Beschreibung  -


Fuchs TITAN HYD 1030 erfüllt die Anforderungen an ein Hydrauliköl vom Typ HVLP gemäß DIN 51 524, Teil 3. Die speziell ausgewählten Additive in TITAN HYD 1030 sichern die Stabilität des Mehrbereichscharakters auch nach Langzeiteinsätzen. TITAN HYD 1030 bietet auch bei tiefen Temperaturen die gewünschte niedrige Startviskosität. Bei hohen Belastungen bzw. Temperaturen wird das Produkt nicht zu dünnflüssig. Dadurch ergeben sich ständige Betriebssicherheit und einwandfreie Funktion der mit TITAN HYD 1030 befüllten Hydrauliksysteme


Anwendung  -


TITAN HYD 1030 ist für Hydraulikanlagen als Rationalisierungssorte dann einzusetzen, wenn eines der nachfolgend genannten Hydraulik- oder Motorenöle verwendet wird:

·         Öltyp mit TITAN HYD 1030 rationalisierte Ölsorte
·         Hydrauliköl HVLP
·         gem. DIN 51 524,
·         Teil 3
·         HVLP 68
·         Hydrauliköl HLP
·         gem. DIN 51 524,
·         Teil 2
·         HLP 46 HLP 68 HLP 100

Motorenöl (nur fürHydrauliksysteme) SAE 10W SAE 10W SAE 20W-20 TITAN HYD 1030 ist mischbar und verträglich mit herkömmlichen Hydraulikölen. Um die von TITAN HYD 1030 gebotenen Vorteile voll auszuschöpfen, sind Vermischungen mit anderen Hydraulikölen zu vermeiden, bzw. ein kompletter Ölwechsel bei Umstellung auf TITAN HYD 1030 wird empfohlen. Sicherheits- und Entsorgungshinweise können dem aktuellen Sicherheitsdatenblatt entnommen werden.
