Total Nevastane Aw 32 is a range of lubricants for the food industry providing excellent protection and long life of industrial equipment used in the food processing industry and wherever a certain level of hygiene in production is required. Total Nevastane Aw 32 is a white base oil that complies with US Pharmacopoeia and high-quality additives provide excellent protection for equipment against high temperatures and high loads.Nevastane AW are used as hydraulic oils and as rotary lubrication oils for screw compressors, guides and chains, gear transmissions and as oils for pneumatic lubricators.Total Nevastane Aw 32 is recommended for use where possible a situation of accidental contact with food. Using lubricants registered with NSF H1 minimizes the risks as required by the HACCP method. Excellent anti-wear and anti-corrosion protection. Misable with mineral oils. Nevastane Aw 32 oils are recommended for use in places where there may be accidental contact with food.


Applications  -

·         Total Nevastane Aw 32 oils are recommended for any high pressure hydraulic system and/or airline lubricators in the food processing industries.
·         Total Nevastane Aw 32  formulation is based on white mineral oil and high performance additives provides excellent protection of the equipment even at high temperatures.

·         The formulation of Nevastane Aw oils complies with the FDA chapter 21 CFR, 178.3570.
·         Nevastane Aw oils are NSF H1 registered:
·         NEVASTANE AW 22: No 146880 NEVASTANE AW 32: No 146881
·         NEVASTANE AW 46: No 146882 NEVASTANE AW 68: No 146883
·         NEVASTANE AW oils are Kosher, Halal and ISO 21469 certified.
·         International specification: ISO 6743-4 HM.
