TOTAL NEVASTANE XS 320 is a Food grade extreme pressure calcium sulfonate complex grease.

Description  - 


Extreme pressure and high performance grease, 100% synthetic. Indicated for low to medium speed. It has good lubrication on conditions of severe loads. Recommended for granulation machines. Nevastane XS 320 grease is a very high performance food grade grease. This extreme pressure grease was designed for the lubrication of food manufacturing equipment operating under very severe conditions: high loads, water, high temperatures, dust, etc. Recommended for the lubrication of pelleting presses (KAHL, Promill Stolz, CPM, UMT, Van Aarsen) in feed and sugar mills. Full synthetic, extreme-pressure, high performance grease.Suitable for low and medium speeds applications.Good lubrication properties under severe conditions and high loads.Recommended for pelleting machines.

Meets the most stringent industrial requirements. Improves longer machine life while reducing contamination problems. Requirement of the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point System (HACCP). Excellent mechanical and thermal stability (High Drop Point). Extraordinary resistance to high loads thanks to its anti-wear and extreme pressure properties. Extraordinary resistance to contamination by water, without loss of consistency even when subjected to large amount of water, acidity or basicity generated by food production. The nature of Calcium Sulfonate promotes exceptional antioxidant and anticorrosive protection even when subjected to the presence of salt water
