In sehr vielen Hydrauliksystemen kommt es gerade bei niedrigen Gleitgeschwindigkeiten und hohen Belastungen zu Stick-Slip-Effekten  (Rattern). Dadurch können Hydraulikzylinder nicht genau positioniert werden und die Hydraulik kann nicht exakt arbeiten. Stick-Slip-Phänomene bedeuten einen Abriss des Schmierfilms. Dadurch kann es zu Schädigungen der Zylinder- packungen, der Elastomere und Dichtungen kommen.


FUCHS RENOLIN Anti-Stick-Slip verhindert diese unerwünschten Effekte. RENOLIN Anti-Stick-Slip ist eine speziell für Hydraulik-systeme entwickelte Additivkombination zur Vermeidung von Stick-Slip-Effekten (z.B. in hydraulischen Aufzügen, Hydraulik-zylindern, Ventilen, etc.). Durch die Zugabe von ca. 2% dieses Additiv-Konzentrates in das Hydrauliköl wird die Gefahr von  Ruckgleiten / Stick-Slip erheblich reduziert.RENOLIN Anti-Stick-Slip ist mit allen herkömmlichen Hydraulikölen auf Basis von Mineralölen, hydrierten mineralölbasischen  Grundölen oder Polyalphaolefinen mischbar und verträglich.


Die Angaben in dieser Produktinformation beruhen auf den allgemeinen Erfahrungen und Kenntnissen der FUCHS SCHMIERSTOFFE GMBH in der Entwicklung und Herstellung von Schmierstoffen und entsprechen unserem heutigen Wissensstand. Die Wirkungsweise unserer Produkte ist von vielfältigen Faktoren abhängig, insbesondere vom konkreten Einsatzzweck, der Applikation der Produkte, den Betriebsbedingungen, der Bauteilvorbehandlung, eventuellem Schmutzanfall von außen, etc. Aus diesem Grund sind allgemeingültige Aussagen zur Funktion unserer Produkte nicht möglich. Anwendung  -


RENOLIN Anti-Stick-Slip wird in das Hydrauliksystem von Problemanlagen in einer Konzentration von 2% hinzugegeben (eine Vormischung des Additiv-Konzentrats mit dem Hydrauliköl ist zu empfehlen).RENOLIN Anti-Stick-Slip verhindert Stick-Slip-Phänomene in hydraulischen Aufzügen, Gabelstaplern, Landmaschinen,  Hebebühnen, Hydraulikschwingungsdämpfern, Hydraulikzylindern, etc.
